The children enjoyed a wonderful day visiting the Botanical Gardens in Cambridge, taking part in workshops on pollination and naming the parts of a flower!

They particularly enjoyed the greenhouses and seeing all the different plants growing in their different climates and temperatures.

Year 3 children will be using their knowledge during their Science topics this term!
